This Device did not work correctly with my Tesla vehicle.

The initital device did not work correctly with my Tesla. It was defective. I contacted the company about the problem and what to do and try next. They understood and adressed my problem by sending out a replacement unit which worked correctly. Response was fast and very professional. I would do business again with this company.
